Forgotten password
How to get back in, and what the reset link and recovery questions do.
Go to enios.one/forgot and enter your username or full e-mail address. Whatever you enter, the page says the same thing, so nobody can use it to learn which names exist.
If the account exists and has an alternative address on file, a message with a reset link arrives there. The link:
- works once, for 30 minutes;
- opens a page that asks your three recovery questions, then a new password (at least 12 characters, not containing your username);
- closes after five wrong sets of answers. Ask for a new link.
When the password is changed, every other session is signed out, and a notice goes to both your enios address and your alternative address. If you did not ask for the change, write to support@enios.one at once.
Nothing arrived?
- Check the junk folder of your alternative mailbox.
- The link is only sent if the alternative address was confirmed when you applied.
- If the alternative mailbox is gone too, write to support from any address and we will verify you another way.
Accounts that existed before enios.one
If your account was created before the sign-up moved to enios.one, your recovery goes through the mail server: mail.enios.one/forgot?local=1.
